| Help | You will need this help only if both of the following problems occurred on the previous page:- You can only see the placeholder "eMail-Address" instead of the hand-written lettering of our eMail-Address.
- When clicking on the placeholder, no eMail form containing our eMail address is generated.
If both is true, your browser is not able to show graphics (item 1) and as well as processing java scripts (item 2). Please follow the instructions below: - Download the graphic file containing the WODUC eMail adress' lettering to your computer by clicking on the following link:
  - Display the file with a suitable program.
- Use the shown eMail address as recipient's address when writing an eMail to us.
Please apologize for the inconvenience. |
| Background Information | Maybe you ask yourself why we are so extravagant with our eMail address and don't display it in plain text. Here are the reasons why:- Perhaps you have heard about spam mails, which flood the virtual PO boxes more and more. Mostly, these eMails are advertising for sex toys, medicines, or offer "further education".
- The eMail addresses are mainly extracted from web sites, which are sifted through by automatically operating programs. By doing this such programs search for typical strings looking like email addresses ("aaa.bbb@yyyyy.zz") or try to perform a character recognition on graphic files containing the address' lettering.
Of course we try to protect us against these pointless and insistent messages. To do this we use two methods: - We present our eMail address as a handwritten lettering in a graphic file to make an automatic character recognition more difficult.
- You will find no plain text of our eMail address in the documents because we use an encryption process. The address is decoded when you click on the graphic or its placeholder.
This assumes, that your browser is able to show graphics or/and can proceed java scripts. If both doesn't work, you have to use the procedure given above to extract our eMail address. |
